What can I expect from my naturopathic visit? Prior to your visit Before your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a FORM. Please bring the completed forms, as well as a copy of your most recent lab test results with you to your appointment. This will help provide important information about your health and help make your visit as informative and valuable as possible.
Initial Visit: A comprehensive assessment Your initial visit will typically be up to 90 minutes in length. The physical examination will cover checking your heart, lymph nodes, reflexes, skin, hair, nails, tongue and eyes. Your diet will be analysed in details. Further laboratory diagnostic tests may be ordered if necessary to make a proper assessment of your situation. By the end of the visit an initial personalized treatment plan will be developed to help achieve your health goals and some preliminary treatment recommendations will be given.
Follow-up Visits (30 to 60 minutes) Follow-up visits will be scheduled as necessary, depending on your personalized treatment plan.
